Cheers Charlie!
As the world prepares to celebrate the coronation of King Charles, we take a look back at the tipsy shenanigans of the Royals over the years.
Here we do a run down of our top 5 Royals we would like to party with.
5.
Princesses Beatrice & Eugenie
Lock up your swords!
These 2 party girls would be quite the duo to have drinks with.
Did you know that on one of their famously documented nights out one of the sisters sliced Brit singer Ed Sheeran's cheek open with a sword when drunkenly 'knighting' him in front of Brit crooner James Blunt!
4.
Zara Tindall
She is the Queen Elizabeth ll eldest Granddaughter, King Charles niece, an Olympian, mum of 3 and doesn't have a Royal title - Zara is in a league of her own and without a title can go as rogue as she likes, and she really has over the years!
Zara met her match in rugby lad Mike Tindall after being introduced to each other in an Australian bar, by none other than her party cousin Prince Harry!
We think Zara would put us to shame chugging pints and downing shots.
Cheer Zara!
3.
Queen Elizabeth ll
Now HRH is a Royal we would have loved to have had the pleasure of a beverage with!
Queen Lizzie, Lilibet, HRH. This absolute icon would have been the perfect Royal to enjoy a tipsy afternoon tea with.
Could you have ever imagined being caught tiddly by the Queen? Well one of her staff were and it is reported Queenie was super chill about the whole thing. Allegedly a staff member named 'Frank' over did it at the cheap staff bar in the palace. The drunk servant was found sprawled at the bottom of a staircase and allegedly, HRH cool as a cucumber simply said 'Would someone please come and pick Frank up, I think he is a little under the weather' - LEGEND!
It is documented that HRH's favourite drink was Dubbonet and Gin. A cocktail of 2 parts Dubbonet to 1 part Gin, garnished with lemon.
2.
William and Kate
We have dropped the titles for these 2 as we have met them before!
Mama Diva officially snapped this pair in Cambridgeshire when they were on a Royal visit. All Royal protocol went out of the window when Mama Diva called The Princess of Wales 'babe' and 'hun'. Yes that is right., you read it correctly!
Kate was an absolute gem and smiled (almost smirked) at Mama Diva getting flustered.
We rank this duo 2nd in our drinking buddy line up! Their wild partying in London in the early noughties inspired us to party on the London circuit. After graduating from St. Andrews they both moved back to London and were regulars at Boujis & Mahiki, where it is reported they'd order Champagne, Vodka and passion-fruit cocktails.
1.
Harry
Naked Vegas parties, raves and nights out with Rap Royalty, this Royal KNOWS how to party!
The 'Spare' as he has described himself is top of our list and our KING of partying!
We would love to get Royally lit with this one. We have all been there, spilled drinks on ourselves, played strip poker, double parked, downed shots, not remembered leaving the club. But we haven't all had it under the glare of the world's media.
Harry did not give a damn and ruled the social scene with his wild antics. He may have settled down with Meghan Markle and matured now, but we will never forget the boozy young Brit we related to and loved!
Next time you're planning a Brit booze up and wanting to Party like a Prince or Princess in the capital, why not hit up some of Harry's old haunts. Pangea, The Cuckoo Club, Mahiki, Raffles, Boujis, The Box to name a few.
Prince Harry's favourite cocktail was reported to be a 'Treasure Chest' served up at the swanky Mahiki nightclub. The drink contains pineapple juice, Mahiki's coconut rum and lime.
So there you have it our top 5 Royals to have a right Royal knees up with. We have the perfect cocktail accessory in stock and available online now. Our 'Sista Sledge' Diva's will be sure to add some retro glamour to your drinks!
